Express Shipping

- Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed.
- Tracking number issued upon shipment.
- Includes 12-month warranty on all products.
- Includes insurance for orders that are lost or stolen during the delivery process.

Handling: Once an order is placed, it will generally take 2-4 business days to have it processed. Since we offer worldwide shipping, delivery time can vary depending on the country you order from. For most countries, parcels should arrive within 9 business days (excluding Sundays and statutory holidays).

Where can I find my tracking number?

  • When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
  • If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, contact our customer support channels and we'll gladly assist you.

Are there customs charges?

International orders may incur additional tax or customs charges when they arrive at your location. This is virtually not something our customers encounter, however in the event that it happens, it is your responsibility to pay any additional tax or customs charges. We advise that you check with your local authorities to see if any import charges may apply before you place an order.

 

How can I track the status of my order?

After we have shipped your order, an email update will be sent titled "A shipment from order #******* is on the way". You will find your tracking number and information inside this email. 

With the tracking number you can track your order on the tracking page we will give to you.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We understand how important it is for your parcels to reach the right destination, which is why we encourage our customers to double-check their address before placing an order. If an incorrect address has been entered and the parcel needs to be delivered again, there will be a $10 USD fee associated with this delivery that the customer will need to pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred due to an incorrect address entry.

With careful attention and timely communication, you can ensure that your order reaches its intended location without any unnecessary delays or additional costs.


Having trouble viewing tracking updates?

As much as we wish we could provide every customer with the most accurate tracking updates, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner and our team only has access to the same information that you do. With that said, it is rather difficult for us to give an estimated time of arrival. We are going to try our best to accommodate everyone’s shipping situation and to ensure satisfaction.

My parcel was not delivered due to an incomplete shipping address?

At BloomingBabies, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. In order to achieve this goal, we require accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we will contact the customer to obtain the correct information and arrange for re-shipping. However, please note that a US$10 re-shipping fee will be charged to the customer to cover the cost of additional postage and handling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process.


I think my package might be stolen/lost in transit, what do I do?

If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please be sure to check around your property, lobby, or mailroom and reach out to neighbors in case someone has accepted the package on your behalf or it was misdelivered. We advise waiting 1-2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If your package has still not been located or redelivered after 2 business days, please notify your local post office directly to file a claim. You can file a claim at your local courier by providing your tracking information. After you file a claim, please wait for their response before reaching out to us. E-mail us at hello@bloomingbabies.co with the reply of your local courier so that we can assist you further.

BloomingBabies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. For your own peace of mind, we recommend opting for the expedited and insured shipping methods which include a free replacement for stolen parcels.


We will consider an item lost in transit if the tracking information has no updates for 25 days. Please contact us at hello@bloomingbabies.co so we can process a replacement.
