With all our products, you can take advantage of FREE worldwide shipping for orders over $50 USD, as well as other delivery options mentioned below:

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping
- Sent out on Mondays to Saturdays business hours, excluding US National holidays.
- Orders typically ship 2-4 business days after being placed.
- Tracking number issued upon shipment.

Express Shipping
- Sent out on Mondays to Saturdays business hours, excluding US National holidays.
- Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed.
- Tracking number issued upon shipment.
- Includes 12-month warranty on all products.
- Includes insurance for orders that are lost or stolen during the delivery process.

Handling:

Once an order is placed, it will generally take 2-4 business days to have it processed. Since we offer worldwide shipping, delivery time can vary depending on the country you order from. For most countries, parcels should arrive within 9 business days (excluding Sundays and statutory holidays).

NOTE: Depending on the delivery address, you may need to pay additional duties and taxes before your order can be released from customs.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

An email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number when your items are shipped. In addition, you'll receive email updates when your package moves across regions.

We will be happy to assist you if you haven't received one or your tracking number doesn't work.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After we have shipped your order, an email update will be sent titled "A shipment from order #******* is on the way". You will find your tracking number and information inside this email. 

With the tracking number you can track your order on the tracking page we will give to you.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change your order within 24 hours upon placing it. Learn more about returns/exchanges on Refunds page.

HAVING TROUBLE VIEWING TRACKING UPDATES?

As much as we wish we could provide every customer with the most accurate tracking updates, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner and our team only has access to the same information that you do. With that said, it is rather difficult for us to give an estimated time of arrival. We are going to try our best to accommodate everyone’s shipping situation and to ensure satisfaction.

I THINK MY PACKAGE MIGHT BE STOLEN/LOST IN TRANSIT, WHAT DO I DO?

If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please be sure to check around your property, lobby, or mailroom and reach out to neighbors in case someone has accepted the package on your behalf or it was misdelivered. We advise waiting 1-2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If your package has still not been located or redelivered after 2 business days, please notify your local post office directly to file a claim. You can file a claim at your local courier by providing your tracking information. After you file a claim, please wait for their response before reaching out to us.
